In the wonderful area of Gythio and its majestic beach overlooking the island Kranai and the Gulf of Lakonia, we look forward to welcome you to our brand new rooms and offer you your breakfast, your drink and culinary varieties in our cafe next to the sea.

Our rooms are located on the first floor of the fully restored 2005 neoclassical in the center of Gythio with background the blue sea of Laconic Gulf and the island Kranai. We are open all year. On the ground floor operates the cafe-bar Prive, which together form a warm family business, combining dreamy stay, breakfast, drinks and delicious varietes at the tables next to the sea.
